We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations.*

*Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% for your service. For no-shows, you will be charged 100%.
